Changes to Travel Plans
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to change your pickup location, travel dates, destination, vehicle, or itinerary. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation charges, refund eligibility, and applicable deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking. Please review the specific cancellation terms provided for your booking before making payment.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact and travel details, arrive at the agreed pickup point on time, and follow applicable laws and reasonable vehicle safety instructions.
Hotel Bookings
Hotel availability, check-in rules, amenities, and cancellation conditions depend on the selected property and its booking terms.
Delays and Unforeseen Events
Traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle issues, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect travel schedules. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
